True leaders come from the bottom and work to get to the top. They aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. If something needs to be accomplished they take on the responsibility themselves. With this in mind they grow and earn the respect of the people they surround themselves with. Once the respect is earned they are set in a different level. In this day and age it seems like the people that are in leadership roles have gotten them from who they are, not by what they have accomplished. Very sad that the very people have not earned any true respect they just demand it. Just because they have money gives the the right to have power. They believe they are owed the respect because of their last name. People should wake up, from the smallest point of leadership and earn the respect of their pears jump in with both fee. If you want to accomplish something earn it don't demand it.
