The term leadership has been defined by many persons in many ways. Some with their words, others with their deeds.
Research has proven that there are many forms of leadership as well as levels.
You just need to fnd were you are and what works for you.
However there's one fundamental truth that remains in all levels and type of leadership.
In my many years of experience as a young leader, leading small and large groups, I've found one thing that works and influence your growth exponentially as a leader.
And that is EMPOWERING OTHERS.
As a leader, it is your ultimate responsibility to add value and significance to the life of your followers/team members.
Note: "The day your subordinate becomes more knowledgeable than you, that day you loss the right to lead them".
This is what John Maxwell calls the LAW OF LID (21 Irrefutable laws of leadership).
4 Easy ways to Empower people:
√ Understand their leadership strength to know how and where you can help them.
√ Show them that value in you by doing.
√ Intentionally teach them that Value.
√ Help then INTENTIONALLY practice that value.
This is exactly what makes leaders different from managers.
Leaders show you by doing.
Managers tell you how to do it.
"Everything rises and falls on leadership" John Maxwell.
