From the very childhood, we learned that we are a social creature. Being a part of society, we need to conduct a lot of tasks. These tasks cannot be done without the help of a man who leads the group.
A society without a leader is like a ship without an anchor. So, to make a society a disciplined one, men make a leader who leads them to conquer there goal. But if the leader is unfit, then the goal can never be reached. So, there is a big need for selecting a leader who is capable of leading.
A leader watches everything in through a transparent lens full of optimism. Many want to be a leader. But to find out the guy who is really a leader is the task of the generals. A good leader must have some qualities observing which, the general people can find their leader easily. We're going to discuss those qualities now.
✨ The anticipation of joy: A leader is known for his anticipation for joy. A good leader must have the anticipation of joy in his life. They don't lag behind because of anything negative. They always anticipate for the better things to come. This is a quality with which a good leader can be marked.

✨ Positive mind: a great leader never leaves hope. He expects of winning anything even if his loss is clearly ahead. He always remains positive. Nothing can destruct him from his positive mentality. Whether he is playing a game or in real life, he tries to win on every sphere even if his defeat is knocking at the door.

✨ Giving credits: a good leader always gives a team member credit if he does any positive things. He never takes the whole credit alone.
✨ Support for the subordinate: A great leader has the great ability to support his teammates whether they're in good pose or bad. A subordinate may be in bad times. A great leader has the exceptional quality to support each people on his team in these conditions.
At last, we can and saying that a great leader must have the qualities of a good human being and also the courage to lead people. They need to be brave and ready to face any situation. Thus he is allowed to be called a good leader.
I believe a good leader must love humans overall and respect everyone in his team as he is and try to motivate to give their best. A leader is a human as everyone with positive and negative aspects. He must be honest and willing to give his best to support the team. No leaderrship will work without respect to or from teammembers. Finally a leader must be able to accept other opinions and be willing to understand. He or she should never take someone for stupid, especially if they cannot argument in sophisticated business language full of short terms, which most of all do not know!!

Positive energy is very contagious. once a leader starts exerting positive energy, everyone attracts such energy and the task get easier because they will give it their all. Wow! This is a great article. You are right about the character of a leader. Like you said, a leader must be postive. It is true, a leader must never lose hope even thoough it seems all hope seems gone. He should be the one to motivate and encourage his or her followers not to give up not his or her followers encouraging the leader not to give. He must be determined that no matter what, we will win and win. No room for giving up. Giving up is not an option to take as a leader and also like you said a leader must give credit. There are some followers that needs to be encourage to perform more and more. Giving credit is also very important in the life of a leader.
