Learning is important, so you should always study things that your brain is familiar with, such as movies, books and music.
If you have no problem paying attention, start a routine to study for a few days. This will teach you to see certain patterns in your environment, and your own behaviour; for example, you might notice that in a new environment you have some new friends, you might become less shy, or you might learn to be more aware of other people's attention.
You could also develop a routine to start working out, by sitting around with a gym membership, using a kettlebell or power bar. It may seem silly to do it alone, but remember that, regardless of your progress on training, it will be helpful to you to get at least one exercise in each week.
Practice making mistakes
Making all the right mistakes gives the brain what it needs to learn more from it. Make one mistake too many and you stop working out; making them too little gives it the illusion that you are not learning anything at all. Do this and you will see some gains as well.
Sometimes the most important lesson is when you stop focusing on a problem – in general there are not enough of them. Make a habit of doing something in the first person, and remember that the most important thing you did today was to make yourself work.
I think that reading is the most important thing, it allows the imagination to grow.
