Learning at school is not enough

No parent does not want the baby to be the best in everything he does. At least, the child is able to be the best in something that does become his passion. Starting from academic achievement by always ranking in school to non-academic achievement such as in the arts, sports, and various other softskill.

Of course, these ideals will not come alone without real effort. Therefore, from an early age, parents should be able to help children make the best choice for the future. Instead of forcing, parents are limited to facilitators, supervisors, and counselors. So, in addition to growing confidence, a sense of responsibility will also grow.

Learning at school is not enough

Some people think that studying in school alone is enough. Especially for elementary school children who have to go to school with full day system, after school the children stay rest only. This is because the assumption that if you still have to be added again with various activities outside the school, children can be stressed.

This statement is certainly not entirely wrong. Seeing early childhood who must go to school early in the morning and just come home in the afternoon will create a feeling of affection. If you have to force children to follow their parents 'wishes for additional course lessons, music lessons, sports clubs, and so on their children's and parents' will lose.

Therefore, discussing with children is important. Unlike ancient times with communication that tended to be only one direction, now approaches for children have other methods that are more effective. Communicate with children about their days at school, what activities are fun, what are the obstacles, and so on.

Do not rush to include children in any additional guidance program you plan. Discuss this with the baby. Who knows, children do need extra because of the ability to adapt and capture material in different schools from each individual. Even though it's been hours at school, that does not mean that the child really understands what's being said.

In fact, not a few children who just do not understand what is delivered by the teacher. Could be because the concentration is reduced because the class atmosphere is too crowded, reluctant to ask about things that have not been understood because of shame, tired or sleepy thoughts, and others.

If you follow an additional lesson to become a child's needs, then adjust his condition. Arrange the schedule of the course with the schedule of child activities. Thus, the child will not feel heavy and as if forced to do so.
