Mmm, let's make read the court rules first.
I wouldn't look for that to happen on a fresh case, nor in a more rural county.
But on the day I was there,... :shrugs:
We'll have to see what happens next time.

Can you guys record in court up there?
I haven't seen good video of the method in action, yet.
Just Ian's in Keene, NH.

Agreed on the court rules being read first I assume anybody fighting something on their own would have already done that. But you know what they say about those who assume so I guess I shouldn't do that. As far as recording in the courtrooms there are no visible signs in the ones I've been in saying you can't however a friend of mine was told he couldn't and told he would be removed if he didn't stop recently. Maybe I'll try it myself here shortly and see how it goes.

If we could catch a win on video, that would be great.
I've been told that it isn't permissible most places, but I have also been told that if you record with your phone, and don't get caught, it is not permissible evidence.
My argument would be that it is for my records, and not to be entered as evidence.

I'd just like to see it for the propaganda value.
Maybe wake up some slaves.
