I'm thinking might as well be honest, right? Is it not the case that honesty is always the best policy?
On a serious note
I've been rethinking this whole thing a lot lately. I mean, the truth is that if there is something to be learnt from this whole thing is that people are going to do what they are going to do, and being shocked or angry about it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
Another day, another scam, another rug pull is going to the be modus operandi for this cycle and I best get used to it, and learn to laugh it off.
There are those who believe these are just growing pains, and that they are necessary for crypto's legitimization, and even though I struggle with that notion, I have to be open to the idea that I may be completely wrong here.
Coffeezilla is a busy man
One of my favorite channels on youtube is probably going to grow ten fold by the end of this cycle and today's video basically signals this to be the case.
Today Coffeezilla exposed another grifter, another scammer, and this time it's a man who works in the porn industry that goes by the name of Adam22.
The token $CUCK he launched on Solana made the man and his team a ton of money, and even thought he was warned about the snipers planning the attack, the money to be made from the grift made such information not important.
My conclusion
At this point is simple. These scams will end when the bear comes around, that's it. While there are people with money to gamble, while the bull market is still here, then we will see more and more insanity.
With all this said, the best thing I can do, the healthiest thing I should do is to not hyperfocus on any of it. Yes, knowing what's going on is a good thing, but caring as if I can influence it in any way makes no sense.
Oh and by the way: I'm not launching $RUGPULL coin, it was in jest, and I hope that was clear.
Now watch someone actually do so...
HA
MenO
A rug pull is not actually a scam. It is market manipulation, not outright fraud.
Its gambling. As any gambler should know: "The House Always Wins."
Memecoins are simply an example of "A fool and his money are easily parted"" and " Caveat Emptor".
Why anyone with a brain would put their money into one is beyond me.
The risk of losing your shirt is well known.
Its not like anyone who did a modicum of research would be deceived and not know of the risks.
People just like to gamble I suppose.
Edicted has slowly made me see it in the same way you are describing... to use the young kids language: Degens are going to degen.
I do wonder if this is signaling a top tho... it sure seems like it.
