It turns out that a 22 year old from the UK and two American teens (17 & 19) are the one's behind the recent Twitter hack. Apparently the 17 year old from Florida's the 'mastermind.' It's amazing to me that three kids were able to outsmart the tech team of one of the most popular websites in the world. All the more reason we need decentralization and platforms such as Hive.
