Not giving them your seed phrase or your private key is not enough to secure your account but using your wallet browser to enter any site any our easy access to the site if connected and some people won't be aware of this

There are many fake site that someone can accidentally give them access to his browser and they will try to imitate original.
I have fall victim of this many times
So if you don't know about this before and you are just knowing now that connecting to an unknown wallet is very dangerous then you can browse on how to revoke a connected site to your wallet and revoke every site you've connected your wallet to
So do enter the original site of a project just go to coingecko or coinmarketcap and there is the official site of the project dear then you can copy the link and go and paste it in your wallet browser

They don't asked for seedphrase anymore because people are not ignorant of that but they will create a site to have access to everything
Or they will do a airdrop and tell you to send 0 BNB to this contract address.
So they will use that means to have access to your account.

Even though their account is banned, they will open the new account and continue their foolish act
It can actually be reduced if there is a serious punishments taking all those involving it
