Hive will return toots all time high probably in the next bulll run.
In this bear market hive has been doing well pumping by 20% and a sign of hive being healthy
What I like hive is that it's manipulate a little by Bitcoin generally but not up to other crypto
Bitcoin drags hive from 1.5 USD to under 0.8usd easy manipulation from Bitcoin.
But time will come when btc won't be able to manipulate any other market

Things move according to various market factors, government relaxations, better outreach to people etc. Don't forget we are the ones who celebrated Hive hitting $1 for the first time last year and today $1 seems pretty stable and regular price, soon this number will grow and in next 5-10 years we will be having same doubt around $5 or $10 Hive. Definitely am still thinking of we talking about $5-$10 for now,but honestly and hopefully just as you said,the market can be very crazy at times and no one knows what it hold in days and month to come.

We should all just keep the faith that someday it will rise to a meaningful price that will see hive among best blockchain in the Crypto world and I believe hive will hit that price someday.

Hive for me is a long-term project. I am not anxious to see the price rise back, though it will be good to see that. I am more concerned with having other sources that will give me Hive daily such as joining hive engine pools, and some of the Hive play to earn games that reward people with Hive.
The crypto market is not easily predictable. Sometimes we end up waiting long to see the expected result and at another time we see a quick turn up. Fingers crossed.

Don't want to o be scrastic here right now,but honestly this is a very long project if I may say,can we think of hive entering $50 dollar or leaser first, before thinking of $100,but honestly I think it can with time,but not something of a year or two base on my view and competition from coin.
I want to believe that Bitcoin got to this level cause their was no solid competition as at when he came out too.

I can't predict. And I am not sure anyone can. All we can do is play smart, be active and follow the news to get the best out of the price hikes. All time high will always be a new one, the good thing is the price is not falling. Remember, it was around 30 cents for a very long time but even when the market went for a big toll, hive didn't go that low. So I am just keeping my faith on and working to make the base out of my time and investments.
