Fintech Revolut, which is a mix of digital bank, exchange and payments company based in the United Kingdom, announced on Thursday (08) the support of 11 new cryptocurrencies in its trading portfolio. Among them are Cardano (ADA) and DeFi project assets, such as Uniswap and Yearn Finance. According to the company, which already supports this 2017 bitcoin, then adding other top 10 cryptocurrencies, such as ethereum, litecoin and ripple, negotiations with the new assets are still limited to UK and European Union customers, and recently requested licenses to operate in Australia and 49 US states. "Now you can trade Cardano, Uniswap, Synthetix, Yearn Finance, Uma, Bancor, Filecoin, Numeraire, Loopring, Orchid, and The Graph," says the note, which adds that Revolut has more than 10 million users. Also according to the note, the company says that most cryptocurrency funds are kept in cold wallets, which are offline wallets, that is, disconnected from any network when transactions are not taking place, which prevents hacker actions. The statement says the listings are made according to popular demand, as was the case in December, when fintech added EOS, OMG, Tezos and Ox.
