I rarely write about crypto market and in this post i share my opinion why crypto is tanking.
Most of the higher-risk assets are down due to rising cost of capital, as some central banks have been indicating to increase interest rates to manage rising inflation. In times like this, investors tend to transition to lower-risk assets from higher-risk assets including cryptocurrencies and other token assets, resulting in falling prices. But even though crypto market movements are highly correlated to traditional financial market movements, they’re hard to predict, so it’s best to have a long-term approach and hold your coins if you can.
