I am surprised that the South American financial officials don't plan to implement the concept of crypto that really solves problems like DAI, LTC, Digibyte, or Hive. I hope that the South American financial officials hyping the media about BTC adoption in places where citizens can't afford transaction fees on either BTC or ETH chain, won't bring more suffering to people.
