My Trading Plan

in #leofinance3 years ago

I started trading with real money for 2 years now, and the first year my return was dece6 and last year my return was even better. Most of the time, you dont really aim for a target per day because some days you can be down and some days you can be up. The higher you sharesize the more money you will make as long as your trading plan is good and you follow it. However, you should not sharesize for $1000 risk at once, you need to build up your trading plan, backtest it, follow it, for a long time before you gradually increase your sharesize, increasing your risk, and therefore, increasing your profits. I have had weeks where i was up 10-20 R and weeks where I was down 3-6 R (R being the risk I take so if I risk $1000, being up 10 R would be up 10,000). The reason I do not lose more than 6R is because in my trading plan, If i lose more than 6R in a week, I take a 2 week break. All the more, it just depends on your trading plan.
