at the moment prices for all components are highly inflated... so waiting for a year and getting new quotes is probably the best thing to do... as batteries will see a rapid price decrease the system should be planed with the option to add batteries after one or two years

I am not a fan of electricity storage. In the next few years, e cars will probably become more and more popular. The new batteries of the e-cars will then take over the role of storage.
We can also draw electricity from our Kia again. You just need the right wallbox for it.
However, we have not invested in one.
In my opinion, electricity storage systems are still a waste of money.
Homeowners should rather consume the electricity directly. For example, they could use the electricity to heat their water tanks.
