I hope I could keep things together. What comfort food I can have has been reduced to; potato salad, sugar free Cocoa, and herbal tea. I can't have fried fried foods like Chicken, Captain Morgan rum or any alcohol or Chocolate cake or any cake made with refined sugar or I'd be in a world of pain.
