It's indeed hard for people to empathize with someone (or something) without getting influenced at least a little for them. 🤔🤯 That's a reason why therapists sometimes distance themselves from what their clients feel to avoid "absorbing negative energies too much to handle". 🧘‍♂️🤯🤓

Yep, indeed, quite true. For sure, many put up strong boundaries, though I've noticed that some people are much more affected by emotional energy than others. I have a lot of fire, so I never found a need for that with my healing work. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
