Party leader Han Dong-hoon continues to remain silent amid controversy over the People's Power Party bulletin board, Yoon Suk Yeol's slanderous post. Some analysts say that Han's current attitude is "unusual" even amid growing fatigue over the issue.
Representative Han has recently kept quiet about the allegation that the post in question was posted in the name of himself and his family.
Jang Ye-chan, former supreme council member of the People's Power Party, said in a radio program on Tuesday, "One person's pattern appears to be the same. There is a 100 percent chance that one of the family members is responsible for the crime," adding, "There is objective evidence and data, not inference." Pro-Yoon-gye lawmakers are also mentioning the need for an audit of the party's affairs.
However, representative Han declined to comment when asked by reporters on the 19th, saying, "I've already told you," and on the 14th, after the general meeting of lawmakers on the 14th, he said, "There are many very important issues. There is no need to create a conflict that does not exist and promote division."
In the political circle, there are many people who wonder that representative Han's defensive attitude on the controversy over the party's bulletin board is different from his usual style.
This is because Han's "cool" response has been his "exclusive patent" so far, including his immediate rebuttal to former lawmaker Kim Eui-gyeom, who insisted on "joining Kim & Chang's drinking party" when he was the Minister of Justice, saying, "Let's work together."
Political critic Shin Pyeong also expressed doubts in a recent interview with the daily newspaper 'News Cabinet', saying, "We are exceptionally silent about this case."
Considering that the fact that the factional conflict between pro-yoon and pro-Lee factions within the party is showing unnecessary noise, such as reigniting, it is not convincing if only the justification of "protecting the personal information of the party members" is put forward.
Lee Ju-yeop, head of L&P Partners, a political and election consulting expert, said, "With the ruling party gaining good news after Lee Jae-myung's first trial, we need to quickly deal with the issue and work together to pass bills on people's livelihoods," adding, "We need Han to show any action."
I've never seen this person properly express his intention on any sensitive issue.
I don't understand what uncharacteristic article it is.
Maybe he'll just hang out like that and move on if something else happens,
I don't know if the party will just hand it over.
It's a frustrating situation.
