Part 3/10:

The school's despair does not go unnoticed by Frank, now school superintendent, and Mr. Rosenberg, the school board attorney, who arrive at the stark realization that Joe must return to the institution to restore order. Despite Bottman's initial reluctance, he begrudgingly supports the idea, understanding the urgent necessity to salvage the school and his political aspirations.

Return of the "Crazy Joe"

When Frank and Rosenberg approach Joe with the offer of principal at Eastside, he initially refuses, expressing concern that their motivations center more on political survival than on the welfare of the students. However, after a heart-to-heart with Frank—who challenges Joe to not let his passion for reform go to waste—Joe ultimately accepts the position.
