Pushed by the pressure from his court and the manipulation by enemies, he declares war on France, leading to a series of strategic military maneuvers. Henry calls upon Falstaff, reinstating their friendship and trusting him as a military strategist, despite the heavy toll of betrayal at previous fronts.
