I always try not to get angry so I quickly look for someone to chat with or call someone to speak with, after a while I will sleep off.

In such situation, all I will do is to read one book or the other. Within a couple of time, I will sleep back. Tho, sometimes, sleep disappears into thin air

Its not an easy experience. I thought that it is only me that suffer like this. With your suggestion, I will win over it

Hmmm, rararely experience sleepless nights, I have trained myself not to allow anything disturb my sleep except when I'm engaged in something important. But if such happens, I will listen to music while counting the ceiling😂
