벗어던지는 기술(Shuffling)
해변에서 지내는 동안 사람들은 먼저 벗어던지는 기술을 배우게 됩니다.
얼마나 많이 가져야 하는가가 아니라
얼마나 적게 지니고도 살아갈 수 있는가를 배웁니다.
먼저 옷이다.
얼마나 홀가분한가!
그러면서 사람들은 옷만이 아니라
허식까지 벗어던진 자신을 발견하게 됩니다.
While staying at the beach, people learn how to take off first.
It's not how many.
We learn how to live with very little.
First, clothes.
How easy it is!
And people don't just wear clothes.
You find yourself ungained.
해변은 벗어던지는 기술을 연마하는
좋은 마당입니다. 그보다 더 좋은, 더 넓은 마당이 있습니다.
사랑하는 당신의 품입니다. 당신 앞에서는 온갖 허식과 체면과
부끄러움까지도 죄다 훌훌 벗어던질 수 있으니까요.
Beaches are a great way to train your ability to take off.
Good garden. There is a better, wider yard.
It's your loving arms. Before you all ostentation, honor,
I can throw off all of my shyness.
