Liberland Central Office is seeking an enthusiastic and experience business development professional

Liberland is seeking a highly experienced business development professional or an exceptional firm with a proven track record to lead and support strategic initiatives for our blockchain ecosystem. This role will involve envisioning, structuring, and executing key milestones to drive Liberland Blokchain’s long-term growth and alignment with blockchain technology trends.
Project Scope
The selected professional or firm will be responsible for defining Liberland’s blockchain business strategy and leading initiatives that ensure our blockchain efforts contribute directly to the nation’s overarching goals. Key responsibilities include:
Long-Term Visioning: Define a 6-year vision for Liberland’s blockchain ecosystem, breaking it down into achievable 3-year and yearly milestones.
Market Analysis and Strategic Positioning: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and determine Liberland’s unique positioning within the blockchain space.
Business Partnerships: Establish partnerships with strategic stakeholders, industry thought leaders, and technical partners to support Liberland’s development and visibility in the global blockchain community.
Event Strategy: Plan and execute major blockchain-related conferences and events that showcase Liberland’s technological advancements, facilitate networking, and encourage industry collaboration.
Feature Prioritization: Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize key features that will enhance Liberland’s blockchain ecosystem in line with both community needs and state objectives.
Requirements
Liberland is looking for a BD partner who meets the following criteria:
5+ Years of Experience in business development or a related field, with a focus on the blockchain or tech sector OR shorter experience but clearly provable track record of excellence.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in leading large-scale projects or initiatives that showcase growth, strategy, and the ability to bring new concepts to life.
Strategic Vision: A solid understanding of long-term planning and experience in building business strategies for emerging markets, ideally within the blockchain space.
Values Alignment: A commitment to Liberland’s principles, including innovation, personal freedom, and community building, with a sustainable and adaptable approach to growth.
Results-Oriented Approach: Evidence of success in achieving meaningful results for prior projects, particularly where strategy, networking, and industry influence were key.
Budget
