Yes, I have a social contract for my property when you come on it I slap you.
This would be wrong because you must first ask the person to leave, only once he refuses then is he trespassing. Now the government does not legitimately own all the land inside it's border, because I own my land, at least I hope.

So for government to say there is a social contract that even applies to your property is like saying you don't own the property, because what if me and 1000 neighbors came together and decided we would not follow the federal or state governments rules.

Instead we agree to our own rules of our community (linked private property) This would be a actual contract, a social contract is fake and does not exist that would be like me hitting you in the face because MY social contact is that I hit people who look at me.... Great post!!!!
