We, as Libertarians, struggle every day trying to convince Republicans and Democrats that their party leadership is not listening to them. We use phrases like:
Stockholm syndrome: feelings of trust or affection felt by a victim toward a captor
Why would we do the same in our own internal party leadership? When our local state affiliates expressed concern about the communication styles adopted by the LNC VC, the Chair decided against action. Leadership not listening to them
We struggle every day with people of every level of government telling us our Libertarian Candidates are not good enough to be in their elite circles.
Why would we allow our internal party to do the same to our LNC Chair candidate, Joshua Smith? Don’t let the person telling you your opinion does not matter, also tell you that your choice of his replacement is not good enough to do the job he himself refused to do. Not good enough to be in elite circles
If you are a Libertarian, why would you agree to a Status Quo in our internal party when we all recognize this is a harmful policy in the government?
If you are afraid to publicly announce support for Joshua Smith because you are afraid of your standing in the Libertarian community if he loses, you deserve what you get, should that happen.
Are you truly against government intervention in our lives?
Are you truly against intolerance and prohibition?
Are you truly a Libertarian?
