I never said anything about prohibiting anything. I said "things you have no right to do".
I don't think anyone has the right to initiate force ("start it").
I don't think anyone has a right to take or destroy other people's property.
I think that's the whole list, unless you can think of something I'm missing.
And, if I am not talking about "prohibiting" those things, what do I mean? I mean if you do those things which you have no right to do, then your victim (or someone coming to their rescue) has a right to stop you-- with force if that's what it takes.
