After 2.5 years, it was time for a redesign. I worked with Hungry Brands, a branding agency, to redesign the Liberty Entrepreneurs website to make it cleaner and showcase more of our past episodes.

Nice, Simple, Efficient. It's good.
Personally I prefer a more bold and on your face kind of aesthetic (Tron Legacy, Deus Ex etc.) but that's just me being a sucker for clean neon cyberpunk looks and bright colors. At times I even think whether I was born in the wrong century.
I think the template and looks of the old site is not bad itself, however I think the reason why it's upgraded was because it needed to have new features and become better enhanced, if this was the criteria, then the new site is good to go.
The New site looks good but the old site isn't bad either. What exactly were your limitations with the old site? Do u think this new site will improve its functionality?

Comparing to the old site, it looks more captivating and organised maybe because you used my favorite colour (blue).

The old site is still okay but changes are constant and need to fit into today's need hence reason for redesign. It look good
