Absolutely Libra is not Facebook and it rather surprised me at the tone deafness of the leadership at Facebook not to realise that from a standpoint of privacy, their brand is so damaged, adding financial power to it is going to be a struggle.
Libra could have led this launch with Facebook as just one of the names on the roster.
Governments might find this hard to stop, but hopefully we can financially damage them with our class action in Australia.
