Time Trapped Hearts : Follow Your Heart

I feel, think, experience and believe that time is and surely is Undefined, un-captured, misinterpreted and miscalculated. There is much to the co‐relation of the space and time….the ‘24hr time’ just does not feel right, it’s a foolish human judgment presented very scientifically, convincingly. Although, we know time is relative in nature. My equation and experience with time was directly proportional to emotions and sentiments. Why does the time seems to move faster when we are enjoying ourselves to the fullest…when we are enjoying at theme parks, with our loved ones, friends…time just passes by and we surprisingly say “hey time has passed so fast. Its 10 ‘o’clock, our inner serenity & happiness connects us to the universal clock & the symphony tells us, we are tuned with a ‘wrong sense of time’… it’s got a lot to do with our “state of the heart”…”so keep it in good shape folks”.

We are not programmed to sleep at night by birth, but by habit and our lifestyle, try working in night shifts and the boundaries of night and day dissolve from the mind…the time you get for the rest.

(Whatever and any amount) becomes then night for you. Our mind is trapped in this Virtual reality created by us, it’s not true, there are boundaries beyond just day and night…there is openness…open space…waiting to be known…”FREE THE MINDS”.

E=MC2 explains, If we are able to travel faster than light then the distance travelled would be lesser in time…time would appear slow to us and travel through space, back and forth in future and past would be easier. It reminds me of the movie MATRIX. It’s so true, what NEO said ‘our minds are enslaved, trapped in the reality created around us. We never try to break this reality…a virtual one. I saw the free runners (Parkour) on discovery channel…these guys can run on any surface…horizontal or vertical of any height, without stopping…the art of their sport is “KEEP FLOWING’ with the energy. I have learnt this sport and it’s an awesome experience to be freely flowing through obstacles.

There is a lot to the reality trapped in our minds. Peter Senge rightly told us to break our Mental Models and constantly challenge the reality around us…which defines the truth for us…we are afraid to go beyond a reality surrounded in our mind. The people whose minds “ARE WITHOUT BOUNDARIES” are blessed with a special matrix, “a state of limitless space and possibilities”.

A big leap of faith is needed to get to the “limitless mind” inside me/inside yours… a big leap…bigger and beyond the limits of my mind, deep into my heart with more than all my strength. But after attaining this faith….the mind feels lighter than the air…flying high up there… blessed with a force…a force beyond the gravity of the force…limitless, boundless. Just being…ALL…but with the oneness in ALL.

The mind speaks, heart feels and soul does. What we know is not the truth, what we feel is not the truth, what we do is not the truth…TRUTH is the WHOLE‐SUM OF ALL THREE (Mind+Heart+Soul) think ,feel act, can we do all the three together to feel the time and see what it means to us when we know thyself. I somehow know the synergy will create a masterpiece, but that requires a special moment on purpose on mission and it’s all linked If you think of yourself as a body the limitations begin…think you are and indeed we are ‘souls’ bodies of energy/spirits and possibilities are endless then.

We strive to “BECOME”… and stop…but flow stops without tuning of HEART not MIND… it’s the heart that knows the TRUTH…as it ends at heart….it’s the heart who feels it. But we don’t know its language and do not have our internal ears and eyes open….the heart is the interface of the TRUTH…that we search for. HENCE, O HUMAN! FOLLOW YOUR HEART!!!
