Thanks for sharing the tutorials. Haha, bird reminds me of how I used to lift up my kids with my hands and legs when they were toddlers - I called it "helicopter." The role of the spotter seems very important.
I am so going to try this with my wife. Is it customary to tell her in advance? Or is Ninja acroyoga a thing??

My body is not that flexible to try yoga like that. Although i walk daily 40-60 min to make myself fit.
you never know.. I use to not be flexible. You will pick it up faster than you think :)
