But it's hard to reach.... sometimes its so easy to say yes and needs more argue to say no. And sometimes it's so much faster to do instad of sayind no and wait for other people to do.

So true! In those cases it may be faster to do it. you raise a great point on that! Arguing can waste a lot of time as well.
