Mental Burden

Many people who meditate bring a lot of mental baggage into their practice: Problems, upcoming events and errands to run.

Ask your questions and set your intentions innocently before you meditate. Ask your Soul Questions. Then let go of everything.

If a thought keeps coming up during your practice, it's a good time to observe it and ask yourself why you keep having this specific thought. Sometimes you'll realize that something is wrong. Then just let go and go back to your practice.

If thoughts keep coming, just let them drift away slowly. In time, you'll be able to clear your mind effortlessly.
