As the tension rises between North Korea and the US, the possibility of a nuclear attack places the people of this country in between a rock and a hard spot. The reality of this harsh possibility hasn't affected many of us because we haven't experienced it just yet. But just because we haven't, doesn't mean we won't...in the days to come.
At this point the question is: what will we do if this possibility becomes a reality that can remove us and our loved ones and fellow man off of the face of this planet? Well, one of the first things that we can do is hope and pray that our aggressors come to their senses and change their minds about implementing a nuclear war. The unfortunate thing about our prayers is that it's still left up to the individual(s) who possess the power to withdraw or proceed.
Nevertheless, here are a few precautionary measures that should be adhered to in case we find ourselves in the midst of a nuclear reaction:
Never GAZE INTO THE DIRECTION OF THE BLAST. This in itself can blind the onlooker.
If you are outdoors in the event, run as far away from the blast as quickly as possible; as time and distance are extremely
important.FIND SHELTER: Seek shelter in a brick building with a basement if possible. Making sure to stay away from all windows and
doors. Also we should seek shelter behind things containing lead, concrete and water. As this things will shield us from excessive
amounts of radiation.Stay inside for as long as possible in order to reduce exposure to the radiation.
If you were exposed to the radiation, try to shower and clean those exposed parts as quickly as possible.
When you eat, always eat food that has remained sealed in air tight containers.
MAY ALMIGHTY GOD BLESS AND PROTECT US ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a horrible thing to think about that but this really could happen. Fallout takes 48 to 72 hours to come out of the atmosphere. Scientist say that you should spend that time in your basement or even a bunker.
I know. It's very unfortunate that we have to think about stuff like this. It's also a messed up scenario for people in places that don't have basements...like the houses down south.
