Reasonings as muses unseen speak in my times of want;
Their nature know I not but still malignant they are not.
With teachings and phrases and visions perpetual channeling to me,
Mysteries and things unknown before suddenly I see.
And in my time when knowledge I lack they speak and I take heed,
always sufficing though oft not enticing yet fitting to current need.
From whence did you come oh sages within What nature are you of?
From teachings of old or gleaned sayings unheard or are you sent from above?
Still this I cant grasp how you seem to surpass any logical lack I may have,
So oft in my teachings you fill in the gaps and my arguments always save.
So here's to your teaching though oft overreaching the limits I have in my mind,
So oft and so liberal both figurative and literal you guide my path when I'm blind.
