Chinmaya Pose  (Chinmay Mudra)

  • Chinmaya Mudra, which is called "Awareness of Awareness".
  • Chinmaya is a Sanskrit word meaning "supreme awareness" or "full of knowledge" or "pure knowledge".
  • It is one of the strongest pose that promotes physical and mental health.
  • It is highly recommended to practice it for at least 10-15 minutes in a day.
  • Keep eyes closed and breathe through the nose. Start practicing for 10 minutes and gradually increase the duration to 45 minutes.

                                               

The benefits of practice include:

  1. Promotes flow of prana
  2. Positive Effects Promotion
  3. Improves digestion
