My first attempt at making samosas...its not as hard as i thought
Dough: 2 cups white bread flour, half tea spoon of salt,5 table spoon oil and cup of water.
Mix flour, salt, and oil. It must feel crumbly n the oil must mix with the flour. Pour half the cup of water n mix it roughly. If still not well mixed, pour more water n knead it. Cut dough into small round pieces n let it set for 20mins.
Filling:
Mince, spring onion, tinned koo chakalaka mix, curry, black pepper, grated potatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook to ur liking
I also made some samosas without mince for my vegetarian sister.
Fried the samasos in hot oil and this is the results. Im still practicing how to roll and shape the dough before putting in the filling...
