Fried tempe

Ingredients :
1 small plank of tempe

Ground spices :
3 cloves of garlic
1 small section of turmeric
1 tbsp coriander

Flour
6 tbsp of wheat flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp rice flour

Complementary:
1 spring onion
2 orange leaves
to taste salt, plain water, ice water

Steps:
cut into tempe, soak in regular water give salt to taste. Finely slice onion and orange leaves. Set aside

Smooth spice puree

Mix the flour, cornstarch, rice flour in a bowl. Add slices of green onion, spice, and ice water to taste.

stir until smooth and not grind. wear medium level, not too clot and not too thin

Put the tempe into the flour, stir slowly with a spoon so as not to break.

Fry in hot oil, Once back lift

Serve
