Ingredients :
5 pieces of white tofu
150 grams of tapioca
50 grams of flour
1 stalk of onion / celery slice
5 cloves of garlic, grated / puree
2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered broth
1/2 tsp pepper powder
50-75 ml of water
to taste cooking oil
Steps :
there are two options. cut into a triangular shape, salt water, fried. inner cups, mixed on the flour. set aside. or just split into 3 or 4 parts tofu without frying.
Combine tapioca, trigu, scallion, and tofu, mix well.
mix garlic, water, salt, powdered broth, pepper. boiled until boiling. hot-cast heat in flour. stir with wooden spoon.
Stick the dough on tofu, fry with a lot of medium heat oil (tends to be small) so as not to burn easily. serve .
