Of course we are all dying from the moment we are born, but for most of us we get to ignore it, put it to the back of our minds, pretend it is something we need to worry about later on, much later on with a bit of luck, then there are those of us that have to face mortality too early, we are diognosed with a chronic diease, or cancer , or any life limiting condition, we travel the road of the 5 stages of grief, denial, anger, bargaining, depression then finally acceptance, not always in that nice neat order, we re-evaluate everything that we thought was important to us and do you know what? it is never the things we have done and got wrong we regret, it is the things we did not do, or did not get around to that sticks in our throats like a fish bone, I guess the moral of my story is to stop making excuses and go out there and live for if you are in good health you are the richest of them all, money, status and possessions, will never be able to buy you time , health or happiness. Be well.
Very true.
