I really liked the opinion of Victoria Isaeva (she has her own very popular video blog on youtube). She says that if our emotional body is clean, if we constantly clean it, do it, do not copy offense, do not get hurt and do not take offense at the whole world, our field attracts us with different kinds of blessings. That to live is more comfortable, pleasant, easier. In this case, our life will develop in the right direction for us, it will bring happiness, joy and satisfaction! I like that thought. On my own experience, I confirmed it many, many times. For example, I already noticed for a long time that if I offended a person for something, then I will never have normal interaction with him, there will always be something to interfere, I will be somehow uncomfortable next to him, but that's even not the most important. The most important thing is that this offense will deprive me of a huge amount of energy, I will constantly remember it and, more importantly, it will be with me 24 for 7. exactly until the moment, until I do some cleansing practices and do not replace it with something positive and pleasant.
Yes, that's why I try to always work out my emotions. I wrote not so long ago that sometimes I use the advice of my friend, whom we call the word "Forget". And some of you wrote that you cannot leave and thereby accumulate bad emotions, they make life too hard. And yes, I agree with you, simply, for example, I, clearly feel when I need to work out an emotion, I understand that it will sit in me. In that case, I'll go and work it out. But if, for example, my grandmother shouted at me on the street, simply because I passed by her, like I was just a couple of days ago, then I'll just throw it out of my head, because this is my grandmother just a man in front of me, and, once upon a time, she has no influence on me. But if a close person has offended me, even if not intentionally, then the sensation and feeling caused is better to work out. because it's just that we'll get in between people and then it will grow like a snowball that will eventually fall on the relationship of two people who love each other and strongly will damage the relationship.
So where does the good about which I promised to talk about. I think that by doing unselfish good, it is disinterested, when a person does not think that he will be something for doing something or something, or maybe even a feat, we give a taste of life. Such a light flavor of happiness, mixed with joy for a person and contentment with oneself. Which, in my opinion, is really important.
