where'd you see it "for sale" btw? that link seems like it's sort of a bed & breakfast now, $500+/night up to 12 ppl. What's really crazy is in New York City $1MM buys you a studio box, or you can buy your own little oasis with a giant slide and all the trimmings somewhere else. lol
After putting in all that work though, wonder why he's looking to sell now. Probably still a load of work and not inexpensive to maintain, especially that water slide! Have you visited the place or the area yet?

a million bucks gets you a lot in South East Asia, and honestly you could probably find better value for money...but would it have a waterslide? :)
I've been to Samui many times but not visited this property, I'm looking at building a house there.
