Wow! There are some reasons that I chose Arkansas.
Haha yeah, I suppose there is alot more land in America so it cheaper, it's not as in demand, here for an acre of land with planning permission you can easily be looking at €65000+ it's crazy we're being priced out of it!
There are many places in the US with much more expensive land, so we moved where it was cheaper.
