During Summer Season we experience the extreme heat of the sun.
Just like here in my country Philippines where we only have two seasons the wet and dry season.
Extreme heat from the sun will make you exhausted or worst it sometimes can cause Heat Stroke.
Here are some tips to to Beat the Summer Heat...!!
Tip # 1 : Drink More Water
During Dry Season drinking a lot of water is very important . Some experts says drinking a lot of water could make you be hydrated all year long and it is essential to drink 8 to 10 glasses a day or more everyday.
Some children or even adults tends to forget to drink water, making them weak and dehydrated.
So experts advice to bring a water bottle or a container with you wherever you go to.
Tip # 2 : Wear Light Clothes
We need to stick to light-colored-clothes as they reflect light from the sun where as dark clothes tends to absorb it.!
The materials of these light colored shirts like Cotton and Linen are ideal conductors of heat.Making these the best materials to wear during a scorching hot summer day.
Tip # 3 : Use Sunblock and Sunscreens
When you directly hit by the extreme heat of the sun it can burn your skin or you make have some rashes. Aside from it the heat of the sun also transmit UBV and UVA rays that are harmful to our skin.
Other than making it dark , it also make our skin wrinkle faster and gives us certain blemishes.
Tip # 4 : Avoid Going Outside If Unnecessary
Staying Indoors is an option to make you feel cool and fresh,
But if you think staying at home is not an option then you should find some place which has lots of shades .
If you can't find some then having an Umbrella a pair of sunglasses , and a wide-brimmed hat are your saviors.!
