How to be an Initiator

Accept challenges

Institutions have many systems and responsibilities, have a particular structure and culture, and operate according to specific strategies. It is one of the most important and useful strategies in motivating an individual to initiate, because it is based on increasing the self- confidence of the individual and enhancing his awareness of his ability to complete the tasks and initiatives that he starts by improving his self-expectations and focusing his thinking on the positive outlook that drives him to believe in his ability to Skip confrontation and obstacles. Volunteerism

Sometimes the initiative may be volunteering to help an individual or group or association, and to provide the support he needs in any way possible, which in turn contributes to the desired goal. Contribution strategies

Other strategies that can contribute to making a person proactive can be discussed, including: [3]

  • Include the task of examining resources and adapting the plan to action, given the fact that projects are subject to changes in the scope of their standards and resources when they begin, this change should be followed to protect the project.

  • Focus on the real goal of the task and recognize success when achieved only, without looking at what was achieved without it.

This is a very good post. Of course, the problem solving skill is what determines the potential a Leader has got. I also like the latter point with the perfect picture analogy ( I personally like the first one)
