We decided to eat out and the 35 minute drive was well worth it. Baja Bean is a one of a kind joint in historic downtown Staunton. It is the top tex-mex restaurant/cool bar with smoking section around. The atmospere is super chill, in a matriarical sort of way.
B got the burrito de salud with extra raspberry chipotle sauce. It is a big tasty vegan burrito! Yum!
My attorney and i decided to split two plates. We got the same burrito but added their super-tasty vegan chorizo and the grande nachos with vegan chorizo as well.
After all that we were stuffed! We got what we came for. If you're in the Shenandoah Valley and need a recommendation for a cool easy night out, go to Baja Bean! The nacho plate is huge, the guacamole is dank, and everyone knows what's up.
