SACRIFICE OF PRAISE

Hebrews: 13:15 says "Through Jesus,therefore let us continually offer God a sacrifice of praise ,the fruit of lips that openly profess his name".

A sacrifice is a loss or something you give up,usually for the sake of a better cause.

A praise to express a favorable judgement of commend: to glorify ( a good or saint) especially by the attribution of perfections.

How do we praise the Lord?

" One way to Praise the LORD is to
thank Him daily in prayer for supplying our daily physical needs.We should also thank Him for the satisfying and refreshing bread and water life.
Songs of worship andbthanks giving also to praise God.It is good to sing aloud at Christian gathering".

What does it mean when you praise someone?

To offer grateful homage to (God or a deity),as in words or song Idioms 7 sing someone's praises,to praise someone and enthusiastically.

What it mean to petition the Lord?

" a request made for something desired especially a respectful humble request as to a superioe or to one of those in aurhority.A supplication or pray".

Psalm 49:14
Offer to God the sacrifice of praise.and pay thy vows to the most high.And call upon me in the day of trouble.I will deliver thee,and thou shalt.
