I love street art!! Maybe it's just that street art always comes as an unexpected surprise, you didn't pay anything to go to a museum and see art, you're just going about without expectations... And then, as an extra, you come across some art that someone made for just the love of art, and you enjoy it just because you can. Feels like a little treat :). And love the art at your office too!!
