The tide on in evening means enjoying time for the one who lives nearby the corniche. The corporation made this corniche for jogging and controlled sea activities. People are swimming 🏊♀️ riding bikes and even boating, they can do all these only when the tide on time.
From the pic you can see the other side of the corniche. The corporation made this beach in arch shape for good look and for the max utility. I am standing and taking pic from one of the corner where you can jog and walk only. The other end of the corniche is used for the sea activities.
