I notice you have no portrait - you can put in a portrait picture by going to your blog and clicking the settings. The portrait only requires a URL of a photo that is online and stored. You might be able to drag and drop a photo from your explorer. I have not tried this for myself. The new steemit hard fork allows you to drag photos into your posts and it automatically uploads it somewhere and turns it into markdown
Also, to get more money for posts you should add a photo where you hold piece of paper with Steemit, date, and your steemit name. Hit edit to add it and you will make more
