Ingredients :
- 500 grams Tapioca Flour / Sago Flour
- 5 Eggs
- 100 grams of Margarine
- 175 grams of Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Cooking oil
Steps:
Mix together in egg blender, margarine, salt and grated cheese. Blend until smooth.
pour into a bowl of flour, knead until smooth.
Pour the frying oil a bit more in a skillet. Small dough form elongated by hand, insert in cold oil in the frying pan. The dough must be in oil.
if it is a bit more lit the stove fire until it expands and floats (do not be stirred immediately because it can be destroyed). When it is slightly hardened and stir well until cooked, remove the drain and put in a jar. Refrigerate cooking oil, repeat until the dough runs out .
